The attitude of the boss is rubbish. The bed sheets and duvet covers were dirty. I asked the boss to get another set of duvet covers and change them myself. He was still unwilling. He actually said that he would not change the bed sheets.

This is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". The area is convenient, safe, and quiet. The rooms themselves are comfortable and large. However, there is a smell of cigarettes and there are bedbugs !

The room was clean but could use some improvements. The mattress was a little too firm. The service at the front desk was unprofessional and not very helpful and they didnt provide the correct directions on the room location which caused us to have to have to walk around outside to the opposite side of the building to get to our room. The room appeared clean but smelled like a barn.

There Was no shade in the window. The room was like very bright in the dark, trying to sleep. The beds mattresses were hard as a piece of wood.

Unsafe location, chased out before checkout.
I will not be returning to this hotel. At first, it was about the guests: a car in the parking lot that thad very obvious bullet holes in the front fender and hood that screamed "this is a safe area", the dude hanging outside the front door smoking a joint (mind you, I arrived at almost 3am on a Friday night). After finally checking in, I get to my room and two rooms around me were partying and talking very loudly. They were still talking very loudly at 4:50 when I finally shoved my earplugs in and went to sleep. That was my first night of a multiple night stay. The second night was minimally quieter, woke up choking on the smell of pot and had to shove a towel under my door (this is supposed to be a smoke free hotel) The morning comes to check out, and this is when the guests are no longer the problem, the hotel staff was. I am aware that check out time is at 11am and was getting ready to leave. At 9am housekeeping knocks incessantly door to door. I was in the shower and afraid they were going to open the door if I didn't answer, so I stopped the shower and got out to answer (after confirming it was indeed housekeeping) and he only asked "when are you leaving?" Are you serious? I know he heard the shower and the bathroom fan going, the walls are paper thin! I walked out at about 9:30 fully packed to check out, at which time someone else asked "what room are you?" Feeling literally chased out of the hotel. I will not be returning.

Attention is needed for customer service. No breakfest despite web page. Only coffee is offered but not well. No bath soap.

Hotel wasn’t clean at all. The ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. Wreaked of smoke smell. Has roaches needs to be tore down.

I had two room both had bed bugs all over the beds the staff did not care at all. Horrible place the bathroom was filthy had black stuff all over the bathtub. You can see bed bugs crawling all over the bed. I checked out as soon as we got to the room they refused to refund the money said I had to contact the third party I booked the hotel with and could have cared less when I told them they had bed bugs, acting like it was no big deal.

The building was dirty, filthy and smelled like smoke everywhere. There were also weird men around the place, it felt very unsafe. When I came in, the person at reception was asking about how many people I would have in the room, as I came in with my child and sister, and had two listed. The room was for me and my child, I've never had a person ask about how many people to that detail, especially at the reception. Not hospitable at all. There were religious things in the guest waiting area as well, that is not listed anywhere nor have I seen that any other hotel or Red Roof Inn. The place smelled like smoke all throughout, my child has asthma. I thought it would be better once we got to the room. The room itself was even worse. Not only did the whole floor, place and room reek, it was so dirty. You could feel it walking in. I just had to use the bathroom and I immediately knew walking in there was no way I was staying there with my child (who was saying that it was so dirty and he wanted to leave, he is four). It felt gross to even use the bathroom, didn't look like it had been cleaned at all, the tub was filthy. The beddings themselves had STAINS on it. I took pictures. I left right after using the bathroom and gave the guy my keys. He said I had booked a smoking room, and I said well that has nothing to do with it being filthy. He didn't take any responsibility for it at all. 0 stars if I could. I went to the Holiday Inn nearby which was $20 more and clean, hospitable etc.

Hello Talei, I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.
