"The cart staff were so friendly and efficient. The trail house staff were knowledgeable and helped us choose the best option. Restaurant and pool staff service was not good. It was difficult to order pool side . They seemed short staffed. Would have to flag them down, repeat missed orders. At the restaurant the hostesses told us to find a table. But then the server told us we needed to see a host. Drinks and food took a very long time. Fish tacos were not edible."

"The resort location is fantastic within walking distance to Talaquepaque and Uptown Sedona. The resort lobby, pool, sports area and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are in desperate need of updating to align with the overall feel of the rest of the resort. Also, the rooms are not cleaned during you stay unless specifically requested. The staff members were friendly."

"I highly recommend this property. I will say the rooms could definitely use an update. However, they are generous in size and spotless!! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect a little way out of town and the traffic."

"The room was clean and ready for early check in. Only exception was that there was someones take our container in the room fridge. Took it to front desk and clerk apologized. Free laundry facility. Breakfast was ok."
