"This was a little weekend get-a-way for my husband and I. Picked a good weather weekend. The only thing we did not like, we had an ocean view room and the sliding glass door was not clear. I don't know what the problem was, but you could not see to the outside and there was no screen, so we were not able to enjoy the view."

"Everything was great except a problem with the a/c control which kept room far too cod and also noisy. I reported the issue to front desk where my concern was professionally noted and reported. Later the day of checkout, I caalled the GM who graciously approved a rate discount for the inconvenience. Grace was the GM and Johnny helped me. Very impressed with the proper degree of concern and professionalism and both Individuals were exceptionally courteous."

"This Hotel was close to stores and the beach. The housekeeping staff were not only the essential staff of this hotel but they were very friendly and made us feel at home. They were assigned to the third floor ( Carlos) and they all displayed a high level of interest in all duties associated with their position, gracias. "

"We arrived at the hotel late in the evening but we had pre-arranged the late arrival. The room was comfortable, cool and quiet. We really enjoyed our very short stay."
