「The only thing that I can suggest is if you can please update your room descriptions. When it indicates Ocean view, it is actually a partial ocean view. No room is directly facing the ocean.」

When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」
