「This was an actual working Agritourismo farm. The meals were excellent. Their wines are outstanding ( made on the property). Rooms are excellent! We will return!」

「This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!」

「The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival. When we had a shower, the water ran straight out through the shower enclosure door (as there was a big gap with no seal), so we had to control the...

「The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay. 」

「My main concern with this place was not the room itself (even though the window was basically bricked in, and there was no natural light in there) but the reception staff. The woman at the reception was rude and not very accommodating, she couldn’t reply to simple questions and inquiries, and made the check in process feel very stressful. I’ve been to Italy many times (first time in Palermo), and I think this was the worst service experience I’ve had. On the contrary, the maintenance/cleaning...

「La camera era pulita, nella prima camera:nel bagno non c'era il bidè e il wc era per i portatori fi handicap, la doccia con la tenda. La 2°stanza ( quella che avevo prenotato) " confort"era meglio.Il persone è composto da 2 persone, 1 tutto fare e un aiutante.Laria condizionata era indispensabile ( per fortuna funzionava) purché era impossibile aprire le finestre, per l'odore di un ristorante indiano che cucinava a tutte le ore. 」
