Breakfast was not free, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! There are water taxi’s for cheaper, but the hotel’s water taxi was convenient and took the guesswork out of not knowing what to expect.

Best Breakfast Ever. Truly . . .a great selection and all was fresh. As for the rooms, they were clean and modern. The bed was great (firm). And the location of the hotel can't be beat . . .near the train station and major vaporetto dock on a super quiet street. I will certainly stay at this hotel ...
