「My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. 」

「Great host. Big, clean, well stocked common space/ kitchen. A few stairs to get in/out but not a problem. Totally central, though on a tight side street. Food close, and both train station and cruise port shuttle walkable. Host had tons of info and was really available (we were late (10:30pm)) and he came right over. We would definitely stay again.」

「It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

「The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The large pool had a lot of chairs to lounge in which was nice. The beach bar was nice and relaxing, and they had great drinks and appetizers. It is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants, and even had a close outdoor restaurant that had life music. You could walk from the train station, but we took a cheap uber because of my knee.」

「The property is in an excellent location. It’s right in the middle of downtown Civittavechia. I love that the hotel has an open balcony you can spend time in.」

「Nice quiet area that's close to the beach. What I did not appreciate was the additional cost such as pool towels and also they require you to wear a swim cap (for extra charge). Rooms were just okay. Beds were not comfortable. Rooms were clean but old, in need of renos for sure. Walls were scuffed, definitely need painting. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.」

「It was an adorable small room, but had everything you needed. They provided snacks, tea, juices, waters and soda. Near to beach and close to many restaurants. Provided a map of the area. Good air conditioning. Thank you for making our stay a good one and memorable.」

「整體住宿體驗不錯。不過地毯顏色太淺色(米白色)對用家不方便。收費飲品很多，但無提供免費飲用水，且茶包只有壹包及壹包即冲咖啡(兩日計)；以四星酒店而言，不成比例。浴室淋浴間空間太小及漏水，使用不便。」

「We loved the large outdoor lap swimming pool and enjoyed buying beverages and food poolside. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included espresso drinks to order. Their on-site reatiwas truly special, both regarding food and service.」

「The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo . It was just superb and we hope to be back again.」

「L'hôtel était bien de l'extérieur, avec du potentiel à l'intérieur qui à besoin de rénovation. La couverture veillotte qui cachait un coffre de lit brinquebalant. Problème avec le wifi, il fallait toujours se reconnecter quand on revenait. Le personnel prévenant et aimable.」
