Lo staff è stato staff super disponibile e accogliente. Dormire nella camera Suite con vista è stata una vera esperienza fantastica. I servizi offerti da questa struttura hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più rilassante, dalla Spa al Ristorante in loco, che consiglio vivamente! La vista da questa struttura mi ha lasciato senza parole. Un grazie in particolare ad Arthur ed alla direttrice di questo Hotel, grazie alla loro gentilezza e alla loro disponibilità hanno reso questa mia pausa relax davvero unica! Tornerò sicuramente!

Tutto fantastico , camere pulite e di classe con tutti i comfort necessari, colazione ottima e ricca . Unici giudizi negativi che do’ riguardano la televisione che ha impiegato un po’ di tempo per collegarsi alla rete per i canali tv è un banner pubblicitario che non riuscivamo a togliere dallo schermo e che dava fastidio . E poi la temperatura della piscina della spa che non era proprio termale anzi un po’ freddina

La stanza presentava un termosifone rotto nel bagno ed hanno provveduto con una stufetta il resto lo abbiamo trovato tutto piacevole compreso il personale. Beautiful boutique hotel in a very nice area just outside of Rome. Walkable to the historic ruins and shopping/restaurants nearby, along with the clear fresh water lake. Many outdoor activities nearby as well, highly recommend the hike to the waterfall. Will be back to this hotel if we return to the area.

Pleasant stay

Location privileged. The entire location is gorgeous of a view of a lake and castle. Everything immaculate. Great staff. Great restaurant. I suggest they place a caddy in the shower for shampoo,conditioner, soap.

Outstanding Place to stay near FCO airport

All the personnel were very helpful and courteous. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. The location is spectacular (only 50 minutes from FCO), within walking distance from town yet quiet and surrounded by nature. The Lake Bracciano view alone, is worth the visit!

We had the most relaxing 3 days. The resort is absolutely gorgeous! The staff could not have been more accommodating. Within walking distance to the town of Bracchiano. Really enjoyed the spa and the overall vibe. Looking forward to returning.

This was an amazing retreat in every aspect!! The hotel is new and really tastefully designed. the scenery is beautiful, overlooking lake Bracciano and has the castle looming over the hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly and struck a perfect balance of being attentive but not intrusive. whether it was dietary requirements or transport, they took care of you graciously. would definitely stay again!

We flew into Rome and wanted a couple of quiet days before going on a cruise, this hotel was in an excellent location to experience that, peaceful, beautiful views of the lake and the staff were super helpful. It is well worth a trip to relax, unwind and enjoy good food and wine, what Italy is all about !!

My husband and I revelry stayed here on our honeymoon. We travelled to a few different parts of Italy, starting our 2 week travels for 4 nights at Vigna Caio and then concluding our last night in Italy there. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff there was incredible and so accommodating and helpful, making our first trip overseas in a new country absolutely amazing. The daily fresh breakfast every day at the resort was so delicious and I’ve been craving them daily since back home in USA. The dinner was delicious also, everything so fresh and flavorful. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable as well as the quaintness of it with such a gorgeous view of the lake. We can’t wait to go back there. We have the fondest memories of being there and it was an incredibly impactful part of our honeymoon.

Fabulous!

Gorgeous boutique hotel with only 15 rooms. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated and had a sunny terrace large enough to dine and lounge on. The hotel has wonderful lounge areas and sunny breakfast patios. The grounds are full of lush florals and beautiful landscaping, and a wonderful view of Lake Bracciano… Perfect place to rest and relax. But the real shine is the service. Cinzia went above and beyond to make my stay easy and comfortable and even drove me to the train station. The whole staff were wonderful and helpful. The only thing I’d ask is to add lights to the pathway leading to the hotel. To reach the restaurants uphill or the beaches downhill, there is a long stretch of road covered by trees. When you’re returning to the hotel at night on foot, you’re walking in the pitch black. Especially for a woman solo traveler, it could use improvement.
