「We really enjoyed our room. Based on the listing, we were not certain what to expect but the one bedroom unit was very well setup. Pool view was unique/cool and kids loved it. On site restaurant was nice/convenient. Parking situation required a bit of navigation but staff was excellent. This was our first visit but we would stay again.」

「This was a fantastic place off the beaten path! The hosts were amazing, the breakfast was the best we have encountered in Italy! Family run and operated! The attention to detail was fantastic. 「We loved the large outdoor lap swimming pool and enjoyed buying beverages and food poolside. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included espresso drinks to order. Their on-site reatiwas truly special, both regarding food and service.」

「The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo . It was just superb and we hope to be back again.」

「Chiara, the receptionist was outstanding, helpful , with any request . There was a problem with the fridge in the room. Upon notifying her, she immediately offered other rooms . Hotel is slightly out of the way , but practically minutes away from center . The continental breakfast was nice. Service was great .」

「Very difficult to find. Unattended and very confusing process. Completely unmarked property. Very nice mother and daughter team managing the property! I heard that a Norwegian man owns the place. If so, he’s in the wrong business 」

「Excellent location on our way to Naples. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The room was very small. Next time I would opt for something bigger. The desk clerk spoke no English. I muddled through in ‘Italian’. The high point here is the restaurant. It’s worth going out of the way to dine here. Amazing food and the waiter spoke a bit of English. The menu was translated so not a problem at all. No breakfast.」
