「The air conditioner is not working on my first day, I am asking to change other room, they told me you have just requested on it, and we do provide you the air conditioner in room, just to refuse all I m asking. The lift is not working since my third day to stay. When it comes to recall the hotel that I had in my life, Gremes Carat Hotel is the most horrible hotel that I have ever had. Those staff are not too helpful. It states the hotel located near train station, but it takes me a bit time...

「Everything was very good and enjoyable, just a small problem with the pictures on the wall. They are slightly creepy with a person staring at you, of an “octopus vulgaris”, and of a woman in a red dress floating in water, but looks headless because her head is above the water and not drawn in the artwork… But overall great experience.」

「The room is nice and spacious. 」

「Clean and good service, free parking」

「Nice area right at the main street, convenient for shopping and go anywhere. 5 mins walk to the main station. Good breakfast. Highly recommend to others and will go again.」

「Gute Frühstücksbuffett und modernes Zimmer. Insgesamt sehr ruhig.
