Wir waren für einen Wochenendtrip gekommen und sind begeistert gewesen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig von Müsli, Brötchen und Brot über Käseplatten und Wurst bis hin zu Franzbrötchen, Kaffe, Kakao und Sekt gab es einfach alles. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die Bar11 im obersten Stockwerk. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig mit vielen Steckdosen. Die Umgebung ist zwar nicht die schönste aber man ist schnell an der nächsten Bushaltestelle und kann damit ganz entspannt in die Stadt fahren. Und Bus zum Harry Potter Musical läuft man ganz entspannt in unter 10 Minuten.

Durchgehend positives Hotel, klare Weiterempfehlung. Perfekter Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter, hochwertige Produkte: Duschgel, Shampoo und Handseife von der Marke Kraemer aus Paris. Die Aufhängung der Handbrause war kaputt, wurde noch am selben Tag repariert, toller Service. Wir kommen wieder.
