"Our stay at the hotel was overall normal, but there were some issues with the airport transportation and luggage assistance. The person who picked us up at the airport had a poor attitude and did not help us with the luggage at all. We were traveling with two children and had to handle all the bags ourselves, which made the arrival stressful and uncomfortable. The transportation back to the airport, however, was excellent and the driver was very friendly and helpful. At the hotel, it was also difficult to take the luggage to the room because there were many doors, none of them automatic, and they closed by themselves. This made moving with suitcases and children quite challenging. Aside from these issues, the rest of the stay was normal. "

"Everything was good, pool/hot tub/gym was anmazing except it took forever at the restaurant for our drinks, menus were not brought to us for dinner. When we ordered room service it was an hour and half for. Our pizzas and drinks to be brought up. "
