「Normal room, staff cant speak english well but helpful. Provided bag keep but only leave in the corridor without care.」

「We traveled by car and this is the best choice for free parking and easy to get to city center by bus. There is kitchen inside and so we can cook our beakfast and enjoy it before our journey in Rome every day. The room is clean and the environment is safe and quiet. The pamphlet they provided is very helpful and staff at front desk are friendly and helpful as well」

「Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」

「The staff is very impolite and unhelpful. Firstly, the cleaning staff tried to break into our room while we are INSIDE the room. During check out time, like the exact minute of 10:00, the lady started to put her key in our door and tried to open it, without any knocking or confirming that we were not in the room. The hotel used physical keys so actually they must know are we in the room. She kept on trying to force the door to open until we open the door and tell her just give us a minute. She...

「The shower in the bathroom in our first room was missing a door and had an ant infestation, but the staff quickly dealt with the situation and moved us to a new room. It’s a very well located place with easy access to travestere.」

「It was 82° in the incredibly small room that was much different than described. It said there was a spa and there was actually a nail salon that would do a massage around the corner. When I tried to contact management about the heat in the room, they did not respond. The best thing I can say about it was the location wasn’t bad.」
