「Fantastic stay and the staff were super accommodating with our emails prior to check-in. We ended up being delayed 6+ hours and only made it to the hotel after the concierge had left so the night staff checked us in. Didn’t really receive any info, at that point but we stopped in after breakfast at the reception desk and was given a run down. Sad that our stay was so short, will stay again if given the opportunity to come back!」
「Small and a bit old hotel but have good location by the side of river Arno. Just few minutes walk to Ufizzi museum. We stayed there 6 nights and got upgraded to Suite apartment. Nice breakfast. Everything is so far so good but housekeeping is a bit undersatisfaction. Room is not cleaned well and things are not put tidy.」

「Florence - A great place to stay!!!!!!!! the location is extremely convenient, you can reach restaurants, shops and gelato places in 1 min. The room is so pretty, clean and spacious with a huge bed, big toilet, kitchen and living room. Also the staffs are so nice and friendly, they offered help to book restaurant and order flower before we arrived! Love this hotel so much!」
