「Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. 「I’m not one to leave a review but it’s places like this that make me wonder how a business like this is still opened. Upon arrival, immediately I was met with a smell that smelled of sewer & chemicals. They didn’t have a room I booked so I had to settle for what they had left. On my way to room elevator broke so I had to take stairs to 4th with disabled child- fun! The whole hotel smelled of sewer. There was people walking around with ankle monitors, people arguing very loudly in their rooms....

「I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.」
