「Issues with black mould in the bathroom, all the way up into the ceiling, bed was hard, old and very creaky, breakfast in the restaurant was not edible. Paid $25 for meat omelet that could not be eaten due to griddle oil taste, excess pepper that was mixed into the omelette, fresh tomato slices were warm, soggy, and mushy. Informed that it was my choice, not to eat the omelet and therefore had to pay for it.」

「The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and when our flight was delayed they let us stay late and helped us get a taxi to the airport. Excellent location within walking distance to China Town, take out food, dining and shopping. Great place to stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Victoria!」
