「Jet Hotel is wonderful. My only suggestion would be to offer a shuttle service to and from the airport—it’s just a three-minute taxi ride, but the fare was €15, which felt a bit steep. Aside from that, the location is fantastic: very walkable to the nearby town, the hotel was super safe, and spotless. The staff were nice and incredibly helpful. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, easy, and convenient place close to the airport.」

「Lovely hotel, a bit old school if you know what I mean. I think it could have been decorated by my great grandmother. I mean, it was clean and comfortable, but the curtains, the bedspread, the pillows, all circa 1950 or 60. Cute in its own way. Again, very clean and comfortable, office staff very sweet and helpful....and in a good location. 」

「the room is very clean and beautiful. the staff is super helpful and responsive, staff name Eliso tried his best to help me change to the feature room on the second night. Unfortunately, the room is too close to the road, we moved back to the original room, but it was very sweet of him. i will definitely stay in this hotel again if i visit Turin in the future.」

「The apartment was nice and quite central. During my 2 day stay, I did not get the second set of beddings, as requested before arrival. There was also a power cut around 6am but emergency contact was only available from 10am, when i was due to check out. The instructions provided to reset this were not clear.」

「I waited three hours at the property without the lockbox code before someone came to check me in. Once in the room, the cleaning had not been done. Even after the cleaning was completed, a strong mold smell persisted. When I complained to the management company facetiously named Wonderful Italy, they refused to offer any solutions, leaving me with no choice but to stay for the two nights I booked or lose the money they had already charged me. All my clothes still smell like mold two days later....

「This is our second time staying here. It a wonderful place to stay. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping are extremely friendly and helpful. The spa is outstanding. The breakfast is very good with many offerings. We will definitely stay here again. I have another stay booked. 」
