"I waited three hours at the property without the lockbox code before someone came to check me in. Once in the room, the cleaning had not been done. Even after the cleaning was completed, a strong mold smell persisted. When I complained to the management company facetiously named Wonderful Italy, they refused to offer any solutions, leaving me with no choice but to stay for the two nights I booked or lose the money they had already charged me. All my clothes still smell like mold two days later....

"The apartment was nice and quite central. During my 2 day stay, I did not get the second set of beddings, as requested before arrival. There was also a power cut around 6am but emergency contact was only available from 10am, when i was due to check out. The instructions provided to reset this were not clear."

"Great apartment, approx 15 min walk into centre. Excellent transport links around the apartment. Supermarket and cafes close by. Accomodation was perfect for a family of 4, great communication and check in out was very easy. We have had a lovely break in Turin and would definitely stay here again. Thank you "
