The staff here is truly amazing, they made our stay comfortable, welcomed us and made us fall in love with Vietnam as this was our first stop on our trip. I am truly so thankful we chose this hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, the breakfast has something for everyone and the pool is a great hideaway from the busy city. We had an issue come up with our room and they handled it extremely professionally and really took care of us. The laundry service is also pretty affordable and they do a great job!"

"This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!"
