「Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking.
Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough.
One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit...

「This was a great stay! I absolutely enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town. 「The place is very secure, I stayed in the sixth pod bedroom. There is no AC the only downfall, but there is one large fan. It’s more of a relaxed, safe vibe opposed to the other hostels in the area are more lively and for the talkative younger crowd. 」
