「Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking. Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough. One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. 「This was an absolutely fantastic location for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our apartment was well appointed with a view of Table Mountain that can’t be beat. We were able to walk to many places during the day. We didn’t walk after dark, but getting an Uber in the evening was simple and inexpensive. We were very comfortable during our stay, and alternated between fixing our own breakfast in the room and eating at the excellent restaurant. Highly recommend this property!」

「Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry). 「We made coffees and fried eggs and toast. The room was well equipped for that. The people at the front were very nice and helpful. It was great to get our towels changed and a clean up every other day. Overlal, the area was great! Itfelt safe and there were lots of coffee places and restaurants close by.」
