「We enjoyed our stay until check out time.
We paid for bed and breakfast and requested for breakfast upon check out as we had an early morning flight.
Filled in the form but there was no breakfast to take away.
The receptionist was confused and took our details and promised communication. Until date no communication.They could atleast have communicated or refunded our breakfast.
Apart from this the place is amazing and its very convenient.」

Beautiful colonial style design with fantastic local artwork throughout, amazing (cool) pool, honesty bar, secure on street parking (security watchmen at all times) and the most amazing helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel - emails and information on things to do, restaurants etc was outstanding. 「Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking.
Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough.
One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit...

真的是用心在经营。
