The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. 本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省 了不少
我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。
真的是用心在经营。
下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。」

「Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking.
Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough.
One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit...
