「Beach was very pet friendly and the staff at night was very accommodating! Only thing would of been nice if the Tiki bar would of been open. They closed because of inclement weather which was 50 to 60. No other dining options」

「The hotel is in a great location about a 8 minute walk from the beach snd shops. We enjoyed our stay in the clean comfy king room. The morning breakfast was very good. Everyone that we spoke too from checking in, to checking out was very pleasant snd friendly. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing. 」
