「The property is newly renovated and it’s beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Having said that … I believe from the last time I was there in 2021 then changed the flooring in the hallway and rooms to hardwood- which understandably would be easier to clean and maintain but the echoes are very loud- people getting ice from the vending machine all night - I was woken at midnight one o’clock and even two o’clock in the morning. 「The property is clearly a recent purchase of a dilapidated residence. The floors, walls and ceilings have significant water damage. The master shower handle was not attached. There was dirt, dust and mold throughout. When reported to the owner, her response was "yeah, we're going to fix that in the off-season."
