「VERY brief stay to catch early morning flight. Staff very friendly and helpful taking us to an excellent restaurant and taking us to airport at 5 am. English was a slight problem , but we did ok. Rooms were very basic but clean. Very comfortable bed. Located very close to airport in an industrial, but not there for a holiday」

「Bitterly disappointed with this hotel. On reading the website when booking it advertises sea, relaxation and comfort. However on arrival we were informed the pool, sea swimming and the dive centre were closed all of which open on 1st June as listed under the “services subsection” of the website. At the spa centre again the same story with the sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and steam room all closed. On asking why “just because they are”. Presumably again open on 1st June. 「Hotel calme mais séjour hors saison. Petit déjeuner et diner excellents. Personnel attentif mais communicant peu en anglais. Vue superbe sur l'Etna, mais alentours en dehors de l'hôtel, sales. 」

「Cosa si può scrivere di questa struttura, se non magnificare l'eccellenza? Veramente difficile trovare il classico "pelo nell'uovo". Abbiamo usato la SPA (ad uso esclusivo), abbiamo cenato al ristorante (decisamente tra i top dell'intera Sicilia), abbiamo goduto di una sistemazione confortevole e rilassante. 「Well, this was a gem of a place. Very central location so ideal for the city. Our room was clean, spacious, well decorated in neutral style with fun accents in chairs, cushions, pictures. Great shower, towels etc. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious continental style, bread rolls to die for, cheese, meat, fruit, cereal, juice, yogurts, tea and fabulous coffee made by Tino. Also cakes and biscuits if you fancy. 「Too far from the touristy stuff, it was a $20 Uber ride to go anywhere, but the airport was only a 25 minute drive. It’s newly done, all modern, very clean. Staff was super nice. Loved our stay.」
