「The Hotel was delightful and the staff very accommodating. The Hotel restaurant breakfast was extraordinary. We forgot our passports in the room safe and the hotel staff went above and beyond with handling the logistical challenges of delivering our passports before boarding the plane. Very appreciative!!!! 」

「Fauna Hotel is located at mid-hill level of Valparaiso and visit to historic buildings can be done in foot. The hotel also lies in restricted area where large vans are forbidden to enter. Passengers and luggages have to be dropped off the main road and there is a distance of 10 min walk to move between the hotel and drop off location. 「Mary and Yolanda were amazing hosts! They made me feel extremely welcome and did everything they could to ensure my comfort.
