「The location out of the city was what we needed as we’re driving to the north and south to visit some friends. So location was perfect only 10-15 minutes from airport and loads of parking . Got a cab for £20 into the city to go for food and drinks l Nice hotel and breakfast was great.」

「Disappointing stay unfortunately. Our tv was not working and when I informed staff, they stated maintenance would need to assess the tv but there was no one available to do this. No one ever came to the room. Then I mentioned it again the following morning and again, staff just apologised and said maintenance would need to assess tv but it was not fixed by the time we checked out that morning. I feel for the price I paid for the room, this was not good enough service. Probably would not stay...

「Postion in a nice quiet road, big room with two large double beds, spacious bathroom & nice shower. TV, kettle with tea, coffee & milk. There was a fridge, but it wasn’t working, it had a problem with the electrics, as the kettle wouldn’t work on that side of the room. Telephone in the room, but wasn’t plugged in. 「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「I cannot fault anything about Wilton House! Spotlessly clean, well fitted with premium equipment and even left us tea, coffee and sugar. A large smart TV, new washer dryer, fridge, freezer, pod coffee maker and kettle as well as quality crockery and cutlery meant that every need is catered to. High speed WiFi is easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again when we come back some time.」
