「We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bed was very comfy. The fridge is stocked daily with fresh still and sparkling water and fresh jersey milk. The food at the buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. The coffee was good too. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived giving us information on all surrounding areas and interesting places to visit and taking our cases to our room. 「Comfy clean hotel , friendly staff and good location on main bus route Did not like wash basin in bedroom as should be in with shower and toilet. On the morning we left at 7am we had no hot water for showers and no answer on the night porters phone , VERY unsatisfactory.」
