There's a large patio and upper patio with comfortable seating where you can eat and drink and relax in this wonderful setting. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Food was delicious. 「The first room we stayed in was on level 5 it had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. We were told that the hotel was full so we couldn’t move to another room. The window was very small and only opened a few inches. We asked again 2 days later and were given another fan. However, it just blew the hot air around very noisily. 「Room was a mad bargain at under £70 including breakfast. The site is substantial and well maintained, in a charmingly rural quarter. Quick and friendly check-in. Chucked bags into room and immediately came down for dinner. Nice 2 course meal was filling, one noticed excellent fittings eg flooring etc in the 'Nookery' restaurant. 「Very positive experience. Arrived in the morning due to early flight time and they checked us in and said they would look after our overnight bags until our room was ready. Then within 20 minutes they actually had allocated us a room at 9.00 am in the morning. The cafe in the hotel is very good and offered good options for breakfast, general eating and drinking. Staff friendly and helpful.」
