The Communication prior to the stay was fine. But sorting issues being locked out was Very frustrating with a young girl on the phone who just wanted to email (only) and then didn't communicate when the repair prrson would be there so we could return to meet them. We had to KEEP calling.
The repair person was good!
The washer dryer would not dry.
There was an annoying flickering light in the kitchen.
Overall the apartment was clean.
