「Clean, comfortable, well maintained. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again, for me most comfortable hotel stay ever in Europe」

「you have to consider the following issues before choosing this hotel. 1. check in: if you will arrive after 6pm, it will be inconvenient to check in. they will put the key inside the hotel and you may not be able to find someone to open the door. they use physical key and only provide one key. 2. noise: the room is clean and large but it is a very historic building so you will hear every step from the upper floor. 3. water pressure: as mentioned, it is a very old building, the water pressure...

「Dirk who welcomed us could not have been more friendly and helpful...he was superb 👍 The accommodation was clean, warm and spacious. The loft apartment suited out family dynamic of two adults and one teenage son perfectly. Can not speak highly enough of our whole experience staying here. 🙂」

「Location is good, just a minute next to the station. Receptionists welcomed us with a sweet and kind smile. I like the welcome mint that placed at the lift lobby. The room (Suite) is very spacious. People at Living Room can see the people naked after shower. We stayed at 11/F and found it is a bit complicated to...

「I had asked for a large double bed and was given two twin beds pushed together which I only realised on the second night after I disappeared down the gap in the middle. The bathroom exuded an overwhelming smell of urine like it hadn’t been deep cleaned for quite a while, which permeates the room unless you keep the door shut. Also the shower was on the small and awkward side. The whole place had an air of a run down hotel that smells of cigarettes and is a bit depressing. It was a little way out...
