「非常滿意飯店的品質和服務. 房間空間大、裝潢很新、很多插座方便手機設備充電. 服務態度親切. 對觀光客的缺點是離市中心較遠，搭捷運約25分鐘，以及沒有洗衣間，只能送洗服務. 整體住宿很滿意. 下次旅遊還是會選這間飯店.」

「這間飯店的雙床房不是真的雙床房，進房以後傻眼詢問櫃檯，櫃台叫我到樓下，於是我拖著重重的行李下去，以為他要幫我換房，殊不知，到了櫃檯，竟然叫我自己搬床。行李很重，床也很重，不能接受被這樣使喚。不尊重客人。」

「Overall the hotel has a really cool design, the room is spacious, the amenities especially the shower gel and shampoo smelled maginificiant. However throughout the 3 nights I stayed there, there were constantly ‘knocking sounds’ on the wooden wall behind the bed which made falling asleep difficult. Told the reception about the situation and was told this happened very often and they had no idea on the solution. The other thing was that I sent an email to the hotel, the response was so slow...

「Great hotel, wonderful staff! We got there very early and our check-in was at 3. They did offer a different room, at the same price. But we had reserved a canal view room with a balcony and decided to wait. It was worth waiting for. Nice and quiet, with an amazing water view. We were there for King's Day ( not on purpose). There were about 1,000 people out front with a great DJ. The whole city is in party mode. It was fine, but glad our room room was along the river in back.」

「Pros: The hotel is next to Wibautstraat station which is a station that three train roles passed by, very convenient to travel to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Reception staffs are nice and friendly, they do solved all of my requirements. Hotel's Breakfast is at high quality with a fair price(19.50 euro), provided all day breakfast, cheese, cereal, coffee machine, yogurt and different kinds of hams. 「Receptionist were professional but not very warm, being polite but cold. The location was great, easy to walk to museums, shops, restaurants! The hotel is also very cosy and comfortable!」

「They didn't change the bedsheet! When we arrived the room, we found out there were some makeup dirties (the girls make foundation and lip balm) on the bedsheet, we called the reception but been told that room service is closed. Second day, after the cleaning, we found the bedsheet was still the same one... But the reception is very friendly and made us feel great. Hope they will improve the cleaning.」

「The staff were very nice & helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room lighting was soft that made me have a good sleep. The only thing I want to comment is: I saw a small cockroach on the table and once I waned to catch it, it rushed back to the fold-up wooden plate. I was so shocked about that and the tidiness is needed to be concerned.」
