Excellent customer service and comfortable room

Beautiful stay near Leiden central and 50mins away to Amsterdam by train. i was fasting during my stay and hotel made a lunchbox for me to eat and was really good with lots of options. overall room was very comfortable and reception are very helpful!

Hotel op zich netjes , ontbijt was goed. Alleen avond eten was erg slecht , snitzel leek wel een leer lap en drinken was op. Ze hadden 1 radler nog op voorraad. Beetje jammer

Ik heb vaker in bastion hotels in verschillende steden geslapen maar ik vind dit wel de kleinste, de kamer was klein wel netjes! Maar de badkamer was aan de kleine kant. Persoonlijk vind ik de ligging niet bijzonder. Ontbijt is prima en vriendelijk personeel

Schönes Hotel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eingezäunter Hoteleigener Parkplatz war großzügig. Zu Fuß sind diverse schöne Parkanlagen zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist der Strand in 15 min zu erreichen. Tagesticket Parkhaus direkt am Strand 10€ (07.25).

Rideaux occultants peu efficaces, donc apportez votre masque ! Choix tres personnel je prefere un matelas tres ferme or jai eu une chambre avec un matelas trop moeulleux pour moi. Par consequent sommeil difficile. Personnel agréable, etablissement propre et parking fermé sécurisé.

Die Matratzen lassen keine bessere Bewertung zu. Das Frühstückspersonal ist unglaublich nett und bemüht und "versucht" so zu überspielen, dass der Frühstücksraum bei voller Belegung viel zu klein ist und dass kaum Zeit bleibt, das Buffet aufzufüllen.
