I stayed at this four-star hotel expecting professional service and basic guest support — unfortunately, what I experienced was completely the opposite.
The safe in my room malfunctioned, and I was locked out of my money and important belongings for over 5 hours. I contacted the front desk multiple times, but staff offered nothing but vague excuses and delays. No technician was sent while I was still in the hotel, and no serious attempt was made to solve the problem.
I was left without access to cash, couldn’t eat, and the situation became so frustrating that I nearly had to call the police to retrieve my own property.
As if that weren’t enough, upon check-out, I was told the luggage storage room was full, and the hotel refused to store my bags. I had to go out and pay extra to leave my luggage elsewhere — something that any true four-star hotel should be able to handle without issue.
This level of negligence, disorganization, and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable, especially from a hotel that claims to be four-star. I will never return, and I strongly urge others to choose a hotel that actually provides the service they advertise.
