「The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).」

「The location of this hotel was great, however we struggled with a few things. The room was fairly clean, but we had a dirty pillow. The shower was not well maintained. When you step in, the floor sinks a little and makes a squishy sound as if there is a puddle underneath. The drain needs to be cleared as the water would pool during a shower, even without the stopper in. Overall we had mixed experiences with the the staff. On certain occasions, we would say hello/hola and get no reply or smile....

「Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」
