"Good communication with management through WhatsApp. The taxi dropped us off one minute from the property. Very cozy top floor with only a few steps. The 2 bedroom unit is very comfortable, the kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. Air conditioning worked very well. We had everything we needed, the location is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. "Such a beautiful and magnificent place to stay. The pools were stunning, and the room was lovely overall. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, although responses through WhatsApp could be quite slow. Unfortunately, the AC in my room stopped working in the middle of the night. I called room service, but they were unable to fix the unit or offer any alternative accommodations, so I had to spend the rest of the night sleeping in a very hot room, which was quite uncomfortable. Another concern was that the floors became extremely slippery after showering, which felt unsafe. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with wonderful amenities and kind staff, but I hope the hotel improves its response time and how it handles maintenance issues, especially when they significantly affect a guest’s comfort and safety."
