"Der gesamte CheckIn-Prozess war sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Kontakt zur Leitung war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wegen der großen Hitze wurde uns 1 Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt, der bei unserer späten Abendankunft auch schon lief und die Nacht für uns erträglich machte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und den gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum („Stube“) haben wir nicht genutzt; beides sah aber sehr einladend aus. "Great location in the Altstadt, around 7 mins walk to the various tram stops. Breakfast was nice, on the simpler side but tasty. There are a few seats in the reception area where you could have a drink. Hotel was undergoing renovations, but we were informed by email in advance and they seemed well managed."
