It seems this situation only hasppened to our room becuase of the hotel structure. there is no improving by closing the window. We could not help but hearing it all the night. However the other day was sunny day, so no noise from the rain during our 2nd day.」

「We had a wonderful stay in Erfurt. As a group of 9, we required 3 rooms and Nancy and the rest of the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable by upgrading our rooms. My German isn’t very good (OK, it’s basically non existent), but Nancy was patient with my attempts and happy to explain things in English.
