「Staff Breakfast did not want to work their. It took forever to be served hot breakfast, poor breakfast quality. No privacy for the bathroom the sink was in the bedroom area with no separation. 」

「Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. Even the "nature view" casitas can still see the ocean, and we loved having our own private pool, although the hotel pool is beautiful, too. The adventure experiences with Jorge were highlights of the trip—we did an ebike tour and learned how to eFoil on the river, neither of which we'd ever done before.
