「The staff were really friendly, lovely surrounding area, free shuttle to centre as well. The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night. The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho. Overall, very nice experience. 」

「第一次到荷蘭旅行就在Utrecht入住，感受十分寧靜與樸實，在巴斯琛哥羅普飯店住宿好處搭乘火車與公車都非常方便，房間很乾淨舒適，價格也親民公道。」

「This hotel is very close to the train station, so it is very convenient and easy to be found. The room is spacious and clean, compared with hotels in Amsterdam and Rotterdam at similar prices.」

「離車站走路十分鐘，逛街很方便，房間有拖鞋，熱水器，服務員人很好，離巴士站很近，建議要去小孩堤防可以從巴士站坐車，車程約ㄧ個半小時。上車買票來回12元。可以跟櫃檯要烏特勒支地圖」

「The room was really nice! It was clean and wide. Staff there are very welcoming. Always willing to answer your questions and have an interesting chat with you. The breakfast was really nice with a big variety of food. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The cuisine was tasty but a bit pricy. The location is a bit far from the train station. You would need to walk for 10 min to the bus station and take another 10 min bus to Utrecht Centrale, but I think it's acceptable」

「Hotel was an easy walk to the train station. The area was historic, quiet, and full of bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again!」
