"The staff was very friendly, helpful and considerate. It was an easy check in/ out process, the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed the hotels' architecture and layout. Was nice to hang out at the bar at the end of the day with a drink, fireplace and games."

"Great hotel. Was only there for a couple of days so didn’t use any of the self catering aspect of the facilities however these looked complete. I arrived a little later than expected around 2130 and then reception were very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with great views over the canal. The bathroom whilst a little small had one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used. The restaurant and bar downstairs is very nice and the staff down there were excellent too."
