Staff was friendly, but the first morning we had no hot water, had to shower with cold water and go out to the national park feeling very cold the whole day, very unpleasant… Otherwise, location-wise it’s very convenient

This hotel is located very conveniently for walking to everything. The main dock and tons of shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. Airport is just a short taxi ride away. Very nice staff and a clean and comfortable room. A nice lounge with a great view you can wait in if you have to check out long before your flight

Good place for couple of days

Stay was ok. I thought i had booked a room with a balcony but they gave us a room without a balcony. Not much vegan optjons at breakfast...the kitchen within the unit wasnt well equipped...not enough dishes to cook..stove does not work well, no paper towels or towels to wipe et...otherwise good place to stay for couple of days...

Everything was great, is an apart hotel, you have a dining table a small fridge, cook stove, microwave, tv etc. Personnel is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is good and varied. Location is just great, walking distance to everywhere in the city, and you have seashore view from your room window!! I will be back anytime soon!!

Nice hotel. Only problem was the check-in process. I had booked this hotel the night before our arrival. Upon checking in, the hotel had no record at all of my reservation, even though I had all the necessary booking/confirmation numbers from Expedia. Not sure if this was simply a communication error between Expedia and the hotel, or other. But the hotel is very nice, and the staff we dealt with were amazing.

My room was included with breakfast. I had to leave at 6.15 am for a tour and had requested packed box. The breakfast was at 7 am. We told 3 desk clerks about this . Unfortunately did not get it. Asked for refund later on our return. Nothing or any other service. The front desk is very slow. location is good but service not. There is no coffee machines either.
