「服務人員很棒，入住很順利，記得跟服務人員索取city card,免費,因為住宿費用，現場會收城市稅，此卡可以搭此區的公車免費，自駕車可停飯店，需付費5歐/天，公車有到祖格峰纜車站，市區很多賣戶外用品，樣式折扣都很多，用餐的地方也多，唯一缺點沒暖氣，夏天也需問看看是否有冷氣，歐洲夏天沒以前那麼不熱了，但這位於山腳下，可能會好點.」

「Overall the place was a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately the one item that affected us was that my brother gave them laundry to do and he did not get it back on time. A week has passed and it has not been found. The staff lacked urgency in trying to get it back to him. It was supposed to be sent to a hotel we were staying at in Salzburg but it did not arrive. Still waiting.」

「Super schöne Unterkunft! Genau der richtige Ort, wenn man sich nach Ruhe und Hüttenfeeling aber mit Comfort sehnt. Die Zimmer sind minimalistisch aber perfekt durchdacht und alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!」

「Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die Saunen sind sehr schön und waren im Juni abends sehr leer. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - der Rest des Personals leider nicht.」

「Ich kann nur das Appartment 3 bewerten. Die Unterkunft ist klein und praktisch eingerichtet. Bad ist neu renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr klein und das Bett auch nur ca. 1,40m breit. Die "Terrasse" ist leider nur der Durchgangsweg zur nächsten Wohnung. Man hat also keine Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist gut. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt nebendran. Zum See läuft man ca. 10 min.」
