"Hotel appeared quite new, cleanliness throughout most impressive, and clearly catered admirably for disabled & blind guests. Although room (207) clearly for single use, clever furnishing made use of all space, even with small terrace with Mountain View + parasol. 👏👏👏"

"提早預定湖景套房、因為靠湖邊所以比較潮溼、所以房間不是很理想跟櫃檯更換靠前區的房間裝潢是新裝修好的＇因為是家庭旅遊，所以其中有一間是三人房實在有夠棒比想像中的還美、房間區有三個床位，還有一個客廳區分隔開來因為是實木地板，所以都是拖鞋在裡面走動就像在家裡一樣有夠讚，早餐豐盛非常完美，這家飯店離新天鵝堡很近，高天鵝堡更近10分鐘、就可以走上去，晚上還可以在湖邊散步是所有的飯店地理位置最棒的、早上去新天鵝堡中午還可以回去休息，下午再去高天鵝堡"

"De accommodatie was prachtig en de locatie top, dichtbij winkels en restaurants. De kamer was heel mooi ingericht en schoon. Het ontbijt was duur maar uitgebreid.
