"I asked in advance the staff multiple times what the cost would be for laundry for my personal towels that I brought as I’m traveling. I was quoted multiple times ~$18-20 and then when the bill came it was over $60!!! I asked multiple people including management in advance and even requested an exact quote which wasn’t provided. When I brought this up to the team all they could say is “sorry” didn’t do anything about it which left me very much disappointed with my experience. "

"This French owned hotel, is clean with very business-like decor. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Its location in Beverly Hills is good for access to Hollywood and the Rodeo Drive area though it is quite far from downtown LA. The swimming pool was closed for renovation when we were there. All in all, and of course depending on your plans, it is a good hotel to base your stay in LA."

"This isn’t a bad hotel to stay at if you’re on a budget. It’s pretty central to West Hollywood and surrounding areas. When we got to the hotel room, it reeked of bleach and it felt a little humid/musty in the room. The beds were comfortable enough for the price. One aspect I didn’t love about the hotel is the noise. You can hear everyone who’s talking at the hotel. Especially if someone is staying in the room next to us. It woke us up multiple times. The AC isn’t great either. It’s just a little in unit machine "
