"We travelled to the Swan Motel as we were attending a funeral locally. We picked the hotel due to the 11am check out and free breakfast offering but upon arrival was told that the listing on hotels.com had not been updated and there was now no breakfast included and check out was actually at 10am. The hotel did honour the free breakfast but we had to wait until the next morning to check on the check out time and was told that we could only stay until 10.30am. It was embarrassing to have to...
