Best Western Upper Town hotels

"Almost all was outstanding during our stay at this beautiful hotel. We found great value in our selection of a gold room which included the breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres and beverage lounge. We are very clean people who appreciate a very clean room upon arrival. That we received. We did not leave behind a messy room AND we left a generous gratuity for housekeeping for their excellent attention during our stay. There was only one problem, although it was a big problem. Within one hour of checking out of the hotel, we realized we left something in the room. We called immediately and asked for it to be held at the front desk as we would be returning in a few days and we would pick it up. The item was never turned in as found property. I find this very disheartening."

"The pool was amazing and the staff were amazing! The location is great too as well as the croissants at the restaurant. The room was a bit stuffy and shabby, probably due to the age of the building. We would prefer not to have bibles left in the bedside tables. "
