「We had a perfect stay here. The property managers were so friendly and accommodating to our needs. Our room was super clean and had all the amenities to make a comfortable stay (microwave, toaster and kettle, plates, bowls, cutlery sets, mugs, wine glasses, etc.). The pool looked clean, although we didn’t get time to enjoy it. We also got our milk, facial tissues and toiletries replenished the next day when they had their staff making the rooms, very attentive service! 」

「There wasn't anyone to check us in or out. We had to leave a phone message and go elsewhere after being told we could check in anytime after 12.30 pm. When we were called back, it was arranged how we could access our rooms. There wasn't anyone to check us out either, the office was locked. Being a long weekend, I would have thought there would have been more customer service. Having said this, the rooms were clean and comfortable but the traffic noise was a little loud for my liking.」

「Claims to be pet friendly, tried to charge me for my dog in car. Spoilt my stay arguing about this and I refused to pay. 'Let me off as no pet rooms available'. Nothing online about charges for pets in cars. They told me I should have rang firIf that's required online booking sites (Expedia) not relevant to me. Been travelling with dogs for 20 years, will not stay there again! Also broken chain on door so poor security. 」
