"Terrible! I experienced a very unpleasant stay at Monte Carlo Inn Vaughan and customer service was extremely poor, in particular pertaining to the typical security deposit that was not returned, even having a clear check out. Watch transactions for accuracy, adherence to regulations and safety."

"The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and check in was quick and smooth. The room was not cleaned very well. We found a toothbrush cover near the bed and lots of crumbs in the corner of the box spring part of the bed from a previous guest. Pool was clean and had plenty of towels. Usually there is an extra blanket and pillow in the closet, which we didn’t have this time."

"It was an awful experience staying at this property. I felt they treat third party bookings differently. My room was not in great shape, night stand drawer kept opening itself, microwave and fridge were not hooked up and consumable toiletries weren’t replenished. All in all I won’t recommend this place to anyone."
