"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "Loved our stay here and can imagine coming back in the winter. The ski slopes are just by the hotel, the hotel is comfortable and pleasant, and the area is just amazing! The spa is super nice too to relax in after a day of hiking, or skiing in winter. "

"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"Vasja is a fabulous host, who greets visitors with a welcome drink & plenty of regional insight. The apartments are designed for big groups with multiple beds in multiple rooms. While we only stayed for 2 nights, things are set up nicely for week-long stays. Breakfasts are delicious and locally sourced. Bovec is reasonably convenient (35-40 min) to ski slopes in Italy. It’s also in the heart of beautiful natural wonders. Driving the mountain roads nearby is exhilarating."

"Good location in the soca valley. It is a 3 star hotel With comfortable beds and an ok breakfast. The employees are helpful and kind. No air conditioning. Also, a small thing, but we got charged at their restaurant a ‘plate setting fee’ - this is not a custom in Solvenia and felt like a money grab that left a bad taste in our mouth. "

"Fantastic place to stay. 50 metres from the station/bus stop. Room was beautiful. - absolutely faultless. Reception were fabulous. We were very early arriving and our room was ready, so we were allowed to check in. Reception also gave us some milk for tea and coffee. Thanks a mill good people! "
