「Initially we were thrilled to stay here, as the pub manager showed us to our room, carried one of our suitcases and assured us that the waters & snacks would be replenished every day. Discovered after one shower that the shower gel was empty. I emailed the establishment asking for it to be refilled, and even left the top of the bottle on the bath mat as a hint. Never received a reply to my email, and had to leave a note on the third day asking to refill the shower gel, and to leave snacks as...

「I can't see how anyone can say anything negatively or indifferent about this hotel. I am a very picky traveler and appreciate great service and from the moment I checked in to the hotel, everything and everyone was spot on. The hotel is immaculate. The service was better than at any hotel I have experienced. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel. Look forward to staying again and thanks again to Ben who made my stay feel like I never left home. I appreciate you all!」

「還不錯的地方，只是有點難找，要跨過一個類似天井的地方，似乎之前也不是這個名字，所以計程車到達的時候，找不到地點有點難找，不過整體環境跟房間還是蠻漂亮的，CP值也高。」

「The rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the community room with extra room essentials, laundry area, and storage space. The location is also very walkable and convenient. Wish there was a guest bathroom to use downstairs by the laundry/storage room. And the setup of not having a front desk, phone number, or actual people to communicate with was tricky. Not sure I recommend it for everyone. We had to communicate via Whatsapp, and sometimes responses were not fast enough.」

「The hotel is near the Enbankment tube station. You can walk to the bank of the river as well. Room is clean and comfortable」

「What a gem! Conveniently located, steps from the museum and the staff was great!. The room was well appointed and breakfast was delicious. Sebastian checked us in and was very welcoming and attentive. Five stars!!」
