"overall satisfactory but I have doubt why it's a top rated hotel it's surprising that the window curtain are still not ready when we first move in"
"I stayed there several times, love the breakfast and friendly staffs. Location is great, walking distance to the British Museum, tube stations, bus stops, and many convenience stores. The hotel doesn't have AC, so if you are there during summer, they only have a fan for each room. Facing street is a bit noisy, we hear ambulance sirens almost every night. Overall ratings are good for the price. Will definitely come back again."

Middle Eight - Preferred Hotels and Resorts
"The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. "
