「Receptionists and other staff are friendly. The decoration is good except the ventilation of the bathroom is poor. Location of the hotel is good. You can get there by metro easily and may find many restaurants nearby.」

「Great location, nice environment and very very nice and professional staff at front desk, especially Annette and Tamara, always kind and helpful. Location: close to Covent Garden, walking distance to theatres and restaurants, with supermarket in 5 mins walking. Room: bright and neat, with full kitchen equipments and a desk. Environment: quiet at the night, during daytime, you can see sunshine through leafs, it's beautiful, my wife loves it a lot! We will definitely stay The Lincoln Suites...

「So lovely, comfortable and welcoming, you never want to leave. Location is easy walking from shopping, theater, great restaurants. Rooms are charming and beds are dreamy. Staff is friendly and helpful, from advice on restaurants to getting you a taxi. The large library is wonderful for socializing, reading or ordering a cup of tea.」
